Apply shellac base coat on peace of plastic sheet then cure it.

Draw with acrylic paint then shellac top coat and cure.

Make a few 3D pieces with same process.

Southern California
Southern California is a culturally diverse and well known area worldwide. Many tourists travel here for its fine year-round weather along the coast, open dramatic spaces, beaches, and numerous amusement parks. Southern California is a major economic center for the state of California and the United States.
I decided to draw Disney land, LA lakers Kobe Bryant, map, surfing, in-n-out burger sign,and of course Hollywood glitz.
I like watching reality show and Kim Kardashian is always in tabloids.
