this design had been in the work for a very long time, time was never on my side and plus I kept changing the concept of this design. I finally settled on this design here, something that is sheer on top and bottom half is the French style . I'm not big on names so the name of this design might change.
This design was designed before the "It's Spring!", I had a hard time finding it on my external hard drive after I've Photoshop it. Before you ask, 1. yes those are my hands, 2. if you want to know how to do it, message me.
