Polish your nails with a base and two coats of Orly Candy Shop. Wait until it's all dried.
Take a dotting tool and make two dots with Orly Frosting.
Add the edge line on your nail using the same polish.
Take a thin nail art brush and add lines- just like in the picture.
Do the same on the other side of the dots.
Fill in the lines and add the round details.
