Step-by-Step Nail Art Tutorial

1) For the crystal ball I used the top of a dropper because I thought it would be the perfect size and also the material is silicone perfect for popping out of hardened gel! You’re going to need a builder gel for this piece.

2) Dip the dropper into the gel and try to get it as even as possible. You are then going to hold the dropper in such a way that it can cure in your lamp for two minutes.

3) Out of clear acrylic create a base that matches the size of your dome.

4) Once the gel has cured remove the silicone dropper file the bottom even cleanse and top coat your dome so it’s crystal clear. On the wax paper you can create a small 3d piece and detail it to float in the crystal ball as a prediction.

5) Place your favorite glitters along with your prediction into your dome. Use acrylic to fuse the bottom piece with the dome and leave a small section open to be able to insert a needle. Then with a needle fill your crystal ball with baby oil until almost full and proceed to seal opening with acrylic.
