To create it I used: Urban Nail Art 'Crazy Limbo' for the base colour, Essence Cosmetics 'Don't be shy', 'Beautiful lies', 'Electriiiiiic', 'Lucky', 'Indian summer', 'Love is in the air' for the dots and Teddy decal, Teddy bear image from Fab Ur Nails plate FUN16, XL stamper and scraper, Urban Nail Art (UNA) 'Speed Up' top coat, Mont Marte brush and liquid latex for the clean up.
