To create it I used: watermarble was created with our new collection of bright creams, which we are testing atm (stay tuned for news on this), gorgeous image from Uberchic Beauty plate 5-01, Fab Ur Nails stamper and scraper, Urban Nail Art black stamping polish, Urban Nail Art UNA 'Speed Up' top coat, Mont Marte brush and liquid latex for the clean up.
