Polish cat eye gel polish over cured black gel polish and place magnet over the tip of the nail to shift effect upward towards the center of nail. Cure for 30 seconds under LED or 1 minute under UV light. Apply non-cleanse top coat.
Using pop-up gel, draw the outline of L-O-V-E (replacing the O with an outline of a heart).
