Dried Flowers and FLUORESCENT powder on natural nails.
I know that the FLUORESCENT POWDER is normally mixed with acrylic powder but my nails are natural and I didn't want to put an acrylic overlay on them, so I just used clear nail polish and the FLUORESCENT POWDER straight on my without mixing it with acrylic powder and it worked out great.
