Step-by-Step Nail Art Tutorial

$1. Apply s base coat.\n2. Apply a white nail polish in two coats and let it dry.\n3. Paint heart shape with the biggest dotting tool.\n4. Paint a bottom of the heart baloon with the smaller dotting tool.\n5. & 6. Repeat the previous two steps.\n7. Paint tha black laces with thin nail art brush.\n8. Apply a top coat.$
