1. Apply pink polish to the nail and wait for it to completely dry.
2. Using the Cina Striping Tape kit, mask off stripes. (These will stay pink.)
3. Apply gray polish to the entire nail. Remove the tape from the nail before the polish begins to completely dry. Using Cina Top Coat and Bonder, apply bonder to the end of the nail and apply two flowers.
4. Apply Bonder to the rest of the nail and add pearls, metal beads, and the Eiffel Tower Charm to the nail.
