I wanted to challenge myself and use a color that I have that I wouldn't normally wear for everyday so, I used my Sinful Colors "Nirvana" as the base for the design. I added a coat of Confetti "Dreamdate" and then top coated. I then added the dots. The orange dots are Confetti "Outrageous Orange" (looooove this color) and the turquoise are Sinful Colors "Rise and Shine"
