To create this design I used a small nail art brush and a large dotting tool. Colors used in this design are Avon's starry sky, Kleancolor's #4 white, wet n wild's lady luck, Nanacoco's I am cute yellow, Avon's red reveal, and lastly Avon's black licorice.
