That's a great tip, but in this case it's the polish and the topcoat that don't agree. I've put this topcoat over this particular black polish 24 hours later and gotten streaking. But on this particular nail, I didn't wait long enough.

That's what I get for thinking, "Nah, I'm good, I don't need to wait for it to dry!" *grin*
