White base. Using a latex free make-up sponge, add black, dark red and bright red. Sponge on to nail until you reach your desired look. Add topcoat. Polish Used: Cosmetic Arts"TGIF" black. OPI Infinite Shine "Raisin' the Bar" dark red, "Unrepentantly Red" bright red. Seche Vite topcoat.
