I used the entire Hard Knock Life Collection from inthenameofpolish on Etsy and instagram. I created a double water marble effect as a base. I added handpainted swirls with Acrylic paint from Decoart Americana in black. I used chevron Vinyls and added Are you Jelly? A chunky glitter polish also from Inthenameofpolish topped this manis with INM Out the Door Top Coat.
