Step-by-Step Nail Art Tutorial

1. PREP\nPrep the natural nail. Push back the cuticles and remove natural shine using an Endurance 180/180 Grit File.\nRemove dust with NSI Plush Brush and apply Nailpure Plus to dehydrate nail.\nFORM\nTake a Secrets Stiletto Nail Form and fold into stiletto shape. If needed cut the\nhyponychium area to fit snug. Reapply Nailpure Plus then apply Secrets\n(Acid Free) Nail Primer.

Push back the cuticles and remove natural shine using an Endurance 180/180 Grit File.\nRemove dust with NSI Plush Brush and apply Nailpure Plus to dehydrate nail.\nFORM\nTake a Secrets Stiletto Nail Form and fold into stiletto shape. If needed cut the\nhyponychium area to fit snug. Reapply Nailpure Plus then apply Secrets\n(Acid Free) Nail Primer.

2. NEGATIVE SPACE\nUsing Secrets Conceal Powder, start in zone 3 using a medium–wet mix ratio. Place a bead near but not touching the cuticle and press from side to side for\ncoverage. Pull and brush the bead into zone 2 until it has thinned and appears\ngrainy. Continue using a medium-wet mix on zone 2, pull and brush the bead into\nzone 1 until it has thinned and appears grainy. Create desired shape. Skip a little\nspace on the form (1 – 2 form sizes) and again apply the Secrets Conceal Powder.\nCreate the smile line and desired edges as\nin zone 1.

3. \nFILL WITH COLOR\nUsing Secrets Pure Ice Powder fill the space left on the form and extend the free edge into the final stiletto shape. Refine with Endurance 180/180 Grit File and wipe with Cleanse. Add\nSecrets Sparkle in Glitz to alternating layers then overlay entire enhancement\nwith Secrets Pure Ice Powder. Refine the sides and surface of the enhancement using an Endurance 180/180 Grit File and wipe with Cleanse. Apply Glaze’n Go and cure in\nany full hand UV lamp for 90 seconds.

3. \nFILL WITH COLOR\nUsing Secrets Pure Ice Powder fill the space left on the form and extend the free edge into the final stiletto shape. Refine with Endurance 180/180 Grit File and wipe with Cleanse. Add\nSecrets Sparkle in Glitz to alternating layers then overlay entire enhancement\nwith Secrets Pure Ice Powder. Refine the sides and surface of the enhancement using an Endurance 180/180 Grit File and wipe with Cleanse. Apply Glaze’n Go and cure in\nany full hand UV lamp for 90 seconds.

4. \nFINISH\nUsing Secrets Design Gel in Deep Secrets and the Secrets HD Detailer Brush, underline the edges of each layer. Use Secrets Design Gel in I Have a Secret to create any additional design. Cure for 60 seconds in a NSI LED light\nor 2 min in any full hand UV lamp.
