i know so i'll tell u how i did it. i put a clear base coat on first then i used acrylic paint in different colors to make the waves and at the tips of my nails i used black acrylic paint, then i highlighted them with white paint and top coated them. i didn't use any color nail polish for this design. i hope this will help u understand the picture.
