Start with a bright color like orange. Place reinforcement tabs where you want negative space.Then stamp your design
Remove tabs
Add black acrylic paint to the spots you missed. (I should have rolled the stamper across the nail to avoid this step!)
Add colorful gems using matte top coat to adhere them, then finish with a shine-y top coat to finish.
