Matte black and silver holographic nail varnishes. Paint your nails whatever colour u want as the base colour, then choose a colour for the dribbling paint. Paint your nails and wait for them to dry, once dry get your other colour and paint you tip/s and also wait for that to dry. After that, get a nail art tool that has a ball on the end and dip it in the same nail varnish as you painted the tip. Make dots at different levels on your nail. Finally, get a brush and join the dots to the tip☑️
