Thank you! I found stencils online at http://www.naildelights.com/smart-nail-art-stencils-c-114.html?sesid=l0etfga0jplsg33pm94ij6q037.
Just make sure that a) your lighter color is your base color and b) that it's completely dry before applying the stencil. You also want to slowly remove the stencil while the polish is still wet, or you can ruin the design.
