These nails are lovely to make! When I got out of the shower one day I looked at my nails and I saw water drops on them. So thats when I had the idea to make these nails. I have never seen any one come up with this idea before! I might be the first one.

Materials:
Shiny blue nail polish
Top coat
Dotting tool (small, medium, big)
 
   Tags

its actually very easy, i used a dotting tool, and top coat. If your going to do the drops put them on last so they won't look flat. I also recommend you not put one drop on top of another because this will give it a strange look :D This was the first time i did water drops, i have another pic were i did them a bit better :)
