HI THERE, I HAVE TRIED TO DO THIS NAILART LIKE I HAVE SEEN IT ON VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE BUT IT NEVER WORKS, WHAT ADVICE DO YOU HAVE FOR ME? IS IT COLD OR WARM WATER, AND DOES IT MATTER WHAT TYPE OF NAILPOLISH I USE?
HOPI TO HEAR FROM YOU SOON. YOU CAN SEND ME A MSG IN MY INBOX. THANK YOU

Hi SueEllen, I find that Filtered water at Room Temperature works best... i usually set my water up at least 3 hours before i use it and put a cover on it to stop contaminants. Sally Hansen Nail Polishes work great... that's what I used in this pic... I have used other brands and they worked OK.. the trick is to work as quick as you can so that the polish does not dry on the water.. clean your wood stick or tooth pick (my preference) regularly. hope this is Helpful.. :-)
