Apply gel polish,cure. Apply geltop coat,cure. Make a small ball and squish it onto the nail.
Flatten and shape the ball into a kite shape with the end of a silicone tool. *trick-if any of the art paste gets onto the nail use the silicone tool with alcohol to remove.
Make a cross mark into the top of the kite with a metal spatula. Draw on kite tail with black gel. cure.
Apply diamond appliqués on kite tail with puffy gel ,then apply the rest of the appliqués onto the back ground.
