Nicole black polish, dry fast top coat then buff surface and clean with alcohol, paint thin coat of foil glue (dries clear), apply foils randomly, gel top coat (I used gelish). Don't apply gel until regular polish has dried for about 24hrs. Otherwise you run the risk of the foil and Polish rippling underneath.
