paint 2 layer of color gel for the base
add iredescent glitter and cover with non wipe top coat
paint the base of the snowflake with with painting gel
add little dots to the ends
paint more details to the design, flash cure between the steps
put Swarovski crystals to the middle of the snowflakes. Done!
