hi! design is very simple! All I used:
acrylic french colors(any for your choise), and then ON THEM i painted pens:)
with painting gel(cure time in led /uv lamp- 30 sec)

Nice job! I actually looked twice in the beginning just to clarify which were the actual colored pencils versus which were the nails.
