This is my entry for Nails Next top nail artists first challenge. I used April 2011 cover of Nails Magazine. In this particular cover, there were 2 hands with 2 different designs. I incorporated both hands into one design. The cover was a 3d design, which I hand painted due to rules against using 3d art in this challenge.
